Recommended Performance Schedules
Title 41 of the Fixing America’s Surface Transportation Act (FAST-41), 42 U.S.C. § 4370m et seq., directs the Executive Director of the Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council (Permitting Council), in consultation with the Permitting Council member agencies, to develop recommended performance schedules for each category of covered projects.
